After more than 16 years working across Corporate, Agency and Consultancy environments, founder Roshina Rajkumar (affectionately known as Rosh), noticed something interesting:

Most founder-led businesses don't struggle because they lack talent or good ideas. They're often just wearing too many hats and trying to do everything at once. That's where Elevation comes in, providing strategic guidance, practical support, and an outside perspective when your to-do-list starts developing ambitions of its own.

Rosh knows this firsthand. Relocating from South Africa to Australia meant rebuilding her life from scratch — new city, new networks, new time zones, while forging international collaborations and looking like she had it all figured out.
